owners - and individuals interested in becoming business owners - about the most
strategic way to operate, sell or buy profitable, efficient, effective

Company Profile
 In
1990 Matthew Uhler founded Inner-Cept – a Personal Development Company - in the
State of New Hampshire. At its inception, the focus of Inner-Cept was on youth
and business organizations. Matt was engaged in many public speaking events and
consulted to various organizations. He organized speaking engagements and
provided motivational and educational speeches and workshops on topics such as
entrepreneurship, effective decision-making, as well as other business and life
topics. During this period Matt was actively involved in the National Speaker’s
Association and attended their annual conference for four years.
In
1998 Matt began working as an independent agent with Southwest Business
Services, Inc. DBA WCI Brokers. In this role he began assisting people with the
valuation, packaging, marketing, financing and sale of their businesses. In
2006 Matt registered Inner-Cept – Business Development Solutions - as a Limited
Liability Company in the State of Arizona. Through Inner-Cept LLC., Matt is once
again organizing speaking engagements, as well as designing and offering
products and services related to strategic business planning. He lends his
expertise as both a successful business owner and as a business broker through
consulting and presenting to individual business owners, organizations, and
groups.
