Matt was recently a featured speaker at the Guerrilla Business
School in Orlando, Florida and Los Angeles, California. There were
approximately 1000 participants at each event. The Guerrilla Business School is
run by Peak Potentials and T. Harv Eker, bestselling author of the book, “ The
Millionaire Mind.” Matt presented “The Art and Science of Small Business
Valuation” utilizing case studies of business
transactions he has facilitated as well as interactive exercises. The audience
was very responsive to the topic, and Matt received standing ovations at both
events. Others presenting at the seminars were Mr. Eker, Paul Lemburg, Marshall
Thurber, Ed Taylor, Chet Holmes, Clinton Swaine, Keith Cunningham and Bill
